The price of the apartment is listed incl. VAT. The price does not include the price of a parking space, cellar or cellar cubicle. Information about the price and available parking spaces will be provided by the project seller.

The price of the houses is inclusive of VAT and parking space.

1) Balcony/loggia/terrace
2) The price list is valid until issue of the new price list, whereas the seller reserves the right to change this price list at any time until conclusion of a binding written booking with the interested party.
3) The “Under negotiation” status is a non-binding pre-booking with a validity of 5 days. The pre-booking is not valid until the seller confirms it to the interested party in writing or by e-mail.
