Funding/Financing

Our funding is friendly, we understand the pressures of today's times orologi replica italia and that is why the cost of purchasing a unit in our project is:

200 000 CZK booking fee within 10 working days after signing the booking contract. This amount is part of the purchase price.

The second instalment, 15% of the purchase price, after signing the Contract of Future Contract, called SOSB.

You pay the rest of the purchase price after the house is finished (about 2.5 years after the start of construction).
